The Strategic Alignment Tool – Configurator
The configurator allows management to periodically examine the status of the Strategy Alignment and allows adjustments in the financial variables. Ongoing viability is sought either through manipulating the variables to determine another outcome or deciding on a change in strategic direction, if the existing conditions do not allow for continuing success.
The capability of the configurator is as follows:
- Sets the planned strategic alignment values.
- Triggers the business inputs and outputs to deliver the planned strategic alignment.
- Adjusts the business variables to maintain ongoing strategic alignment.
- Enables strategic alignment adjustment incrementally.
- Tests for the best options and determines shortcomings for management improvements to maintain the viability of the business.
- Valid only for conditions at a specific point in time, due to changes in operational dynamics.
Access the configurator using a token which will be sent to the user. The token is valid for a three-month period. If it shows signs of use, we will set up a subscription payment page later.
